We intentionally keep our trainings small and personalized to maximize hands-on experience, individualized instruction, and mentorship opportunities.

Our training courses are approved by the Ohio Nurses Association Continuing Education Department and may qualify for employer reimbursement, be sure to check with your workplace. -
Proof of professional license and current malpractice insurance are to be provided to attend a course.

The Aesthetic Academy assumes no liability regarding state board requirements, and it’s the participant’s responsibility to ensure you meet these requirements for prescription-based products and procedures. -
You are.
Each training participant must bring at least one (1) model. Treatments per model are unlimited during the training.
Training course specific model requirements will be shared after registration.

Make sure your model meets the following requirements to receive training procedure(s):
Training model has not received any recent aesthetic treatments (at least 3 months for Botox and 12 months for lip filler).
Training model does not have any significant past medical history or significant allergies.
Make sure you and your model are comfortable how they’ll be asked to participate during your training session:
Available for 2-4 hours per training
Training models will be asked to participate in procedure discussions, when appropriate.
Agree to The Aesthetic Academy photo consent for educational/social media use that will be presented by The Aesthetic Academy upon their arrival.

Yes.
Please give a minimum of 48 hour notice by contacting us at Training@aaofohio.com
Your original full payment may be applied toward a new training date if rescheduled within three (3) months of the original booking date, subject to availability. If the training is not rescheduled within this three-month grace period, all prior payments are forfeited and a new full payment will be required to reserve a future date.
