Courtney Arnold is an experienced Nurse Practitioner and Co-Founder of The Aesthetic Academy of Ohio, where she is dedicated to elevating the standards of aesthetic education and empowering fellow providers through hands-on, practical training.

With a strong clinical background and years of experience in the aesthetic industry, Courtney offers a comprehensive range of treatments including Botox/Dysport, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Morpheus8, IPL/BBL, ResurFX, medical weight loss programs, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), microneedling, and advanced skincare services.

Courtney is especially passionate about Sculptra and Morpheus8, two treatments she loves to perform for their ability to stimulate collagen and achieve natural, long-lasting results. Her personal favorite treatment? Botox—a staple in her own routine.

Driven by a passion for helping clients look and feel their best, Courtney takes pride in providing personalized, confidence-boosting care. Through her work at the Academy, she is committed to training the next generation of aesthetic professionals with an emphasis on safety, results, and industry excellence.

Outside of the treatment room, Courtney enjoys quality time with her husband and two daughters. Whether they’re traveling or exploring their hometown, she loves making memories with her family—and never says no to a great happy hour on a patio.

Meet Holly Young, CNP
Co-Founder, The Aesthetic Academy of Ohio

Holly Young is a seasoned Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of diverse healthcare experience spanning cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, heart and lung transplantation, critical care, medical aesthetics, and clinical research. As the founder of A Younger You Aesthetics and co-founder of The Aesthetic Academy of Ohio, Holly combines her extensive clinical background with a passion for advancing aesthetic education.

Before returning to Ohio, Holly spent three years traveling across the country as a locum provider, gaining valuable experience in a variety of healthcare settings. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from South University and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Holly earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Adventist University of Health Sciences in Orlando, FL.

With a commitment to delivering the highest standard of care, Holly ensures her patients benefit from the latest innovations and evidence-based treatments in medical aesthetics. Through The Aesthetic Academy of Ohio, she is dedicated to empowering both local and national providers with comprehensive, cutting-edge training designed to elevate the safety and effectiveness of aesthetic practice.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Holly enjoys exploring her community, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family.
